Base Pay Range $24.00/hr - $30.00/hr
What we offer
Pay: $24–30 per hour based on experience and supervision hour completion
Potential wage increases every 6 months
A guaranteed path to becoming a BCBA with a competitive BCBA salary upon passing
Bonuses based on accrued hours, with the potential to earn up to $1,500 per year
Guaranteed hours: each full‑time teammate receives a minimum of 32–40 hours per week regardless of patient cancellations

No‑cost supervision hours (no deductions from pay or claw backs)
$5,000 BCBA Pass Bonus for those who pass the exam on the first attempt

What you will be doing
Supervisee has accrued 85% of field‑work hours (1700/2000 hours)
All restricted hours completed
Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable master’s program
Providing early‑intervention therapy in a center‑based setting
Shaping the minds of children aged 18 months to 8 years
Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child
Collaborating with BCBA’s and our team of like‑minded individuals dedicated to living ABC’s core values
