The Counter Burger in Times Square is looking for a FOH manager with 3+ years experience in food/beverage/hospitality. Experience must also be in a full-service restaurant setting.
Responsibilities
Oversee and operate the FOH during high volume as well as supervise the BOH at times.
Investigate and resolve food quality and guest complaints.
Inspect the dining room to ensure cleanliness and organization.
Provide knowledge of beer, wine and liquor.
Control labor.
Qualifications
