Exciting opportunity to join our clinical team as a full-time professional Advanced Practice Provider within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). This position is the perfect fit if you are interested in working with a medically challenging patient population, learning something new every day, and working in an underserved area. To be a practitioner at ReGenesis Health Care, you must be able to deliver primary medical care to a wide variety of patients, be proficient with in-office procedural skills (or willing to learn quickly), and work in a team with our medical assistants, nurses, and physicians.
Salary: $92,000 – $105,000 annually, based on experience, with full‑time benefits.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide high‑quality primary and preventive care to diverse patient populations.
Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and manage chronic health conditions.
Perform and interpret diagnostic testing, including ordering labs and studies.
Prescribe medications and evidence‑based treatments for adults and pediatric patients.
Deliver Medication‑Assisted Treatment (MAT) for patients with substance use disorders.
Counsel and educate patients on positive health behaviors and disease management.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
Develop treatment plans according to clinical protocols and refer patients appropriately.
Perform basic in‑office procedures such as IUD/Nexplanon placement, Pap smears, biopsies, joint injections, nail removals, suturing, wart cryotherapy, and incision & drainage.

Requirements
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
Current South Carolina licensure as an APRN or Physician Assistant.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
