Overview Exciting opportunity to join our clinical team as a full‑time professional Advanced Practice Provider within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). This position is ideal for those interested in working with a medically challenging patient population, learning something new every day, and serving in an underserved area. The role requires delivering primary medical care to a wide variety of patients, being proficient with in‑office procedural skills (or willing to learn quickly), and collaborating with medical assistants, nurses, and physicians.

Excellent salary range of $92,000 - $105,ies and Responsibilities

Provide high‑quality primary and preventive care to diverse patient populations.

Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and manage chronic health conditions.

Perform and interpret diagnostic testing, including ordering labs and studies.

Prescribe medications and evidence‑based treatments for adults and pediatric patients.

Deliver Medication‑Assisted Treatment (MAT) for patients with substance use disorders.

Counsel and educate patients on positive health behaviors and disease management.

Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).

Develop treatment plans according to clinical protocols and refer patients appropriately.

Perform basic in‑office procedures such as IUD/Nexplanon placement, Pap smears, biopsies, joint injections, nail removals, suturing, wart cryotherapy, and incision & drainage.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.

Current South Carolina licensure as an APRN or Physician Assistant.

Proficiency in delivering Medication‑Assisted Treatment (MAT).

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Commitment to serving underserved communities.
