Position Overview
At CUT Las Vegas, hospitality is executed with precision, warmth, and intention. The Restaurant Manager / Floor Manager plays a pivotal role in leading daily dining room operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while upholding the standards and legacy of the Wolfgang Puck brand. This hands‑on leader is highly visible on the floor, guiding service, supporting the team, and partnering closely with culinary and leadership teams to deliver seamless, high-volume fine‑dining service.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee daily floor operations, ensuring service standards are consistently executed at the highest level.
Act as a floor presence and point of leadership during service, proactively managing guest experience, flow, and team performance.
Coach, mentor, and develop front‑of‑house team members, fostering accountability, professionalism, and engagement.
Partner with culinary leadership to ensure clear communication, timing, and execution between FOH and BOH.
Handle guest feedback and service recovery with poise, urgency, and professionalism.
Support scheduling, labor management, and staffing alignment based on business needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and local regulations.
Assist with training, onboarding, and ongoing performance development of FOH leadership and service staff.
Maintain a polished dining‑room environment, including standards for cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
Perform additional leadership duties as needed to support overall restaurant operations.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of management/supervisory experience in a high‑volume restaurant environment.
Minimum 1 year of Fine Dining experience highly preferred.
Strong understanding of elevated service standards, guest engagement, and dining‑room operations.
Proven ability to lead teams in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation setting.
Exceptional communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays.
POS and scheduling system experience preferred.
