Responsibilities
Exemplify the image of “Aloha” while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures.
Operate a multi‑line telephone system to answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
Process guest requests for wake‑up calls.
Provide customer service regarding phone directions and inquiries.
Receive and distribute messages for hotel guests and personnel.
Prepare guest amenity list, key inventory, radio checks, and sort internal mail.
Coordinate all emergency communications with appropriate hotel personnel via telephone, radios, and email.
Operate parking gates to assist hotel guests and patrons enter/exit the hotel property and parking structure.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Work under pressure, multi‑task, and have excellent customer service skills.
Have excellent communication skills.
Be available to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Base pay starts at ($23.17/hour - probationary rate; $27.27/hour)
