Telecom Tehcnician Duration:

6 months, possible to extend

Location:

Hybrid, will need to go onsite as needed – must be local within 50miles of Kirkland, WA

Bill Rate:

$30-34/hr

Interview:

1 and done virtual

Required Experience

2+ years of experience in telecom, desktop support, helpdesk, system administration, or similar

Knowledge of Cisco VoIP system and devices.

Experience working in IDF/MDF closets, including patch panel management and cable organization

Day-to-Day

Install, configure, and maintain telecommunication systems (VoIP, PBX, routers, switches).

Perform cabling and wiring for voice and data networks.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to call quality, connectivity, and hardware failures.

Monitor system performance and implement upgrades or patches as needed.

Collaborate with IT and network teams to ensure seamless integration of telecom systems.

Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, changes, and inventory.

Respond to onsite service requests and provide end-user support for telecom-related issues.
