Responsibilities
Monitor and control access to client properties, ensuring authorized entry and maintaining a secure environment.
Provide courteous assistance to employees, visitors, and vendors while representing TriCorps with professionalism.
Enforce site‑specific policies, regulations, and safety procedures consistently and fairly.
Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, incidents, and alarms in coordination with management or local authorities.
Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify safety or security concerns.
Prepare clear and accurate reports detailing daily activities, incidents, and observations.
Support management and client requests to ensure the highest level of service and security.

Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times.
Stay alert, observant, and proactive throughout each shift.
Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Schedule & Work Environment
Positions available in the Houston, Texas area.
Shifts may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications & Requirements
Valid Texas PSB Level II License (Unarmed Security Officer).
Reliability, strong communication skills, and sound judgment.
Full‑time and part‑time positions available for dependable individuals.
Certification Requirements: TX PSB Level II License.
