TriCorps Security is hiring professional and motivated Unarmed Level II Security Officers to join our team in the Houston area. Applicants must hold a
valid Texas PSB Level II License (Unarmed Security Officer)
and demonstrate reliability, strong communication skills, and sound judgment. Full‑time and part‑time positions are available for dependable individuals who take pride in upholding TriCorps’ standards of integrity, vigilance, and excellence. Responsibilities
Monitor and control access to client properties, ensuring authorized entry and maintaining a secure environment. Provide courteous assistance to employees, visitors, and vendors while representing TriCorps with professionalism. Enforce site‑specific policies, regulations, and safety procedures consistently and fairly. Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, incidents, and alarms in coordination with management or local authorities. Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify safety or security concerns. Prepare clear and accurate reports detailing daily activities, incidents, and observations. Support management and client requests to ensure the highest level of service and security. Professional Expectations
Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times. Stay alert, observant, and proactive throughout each shift. Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. Demonstrate reliability, integrity, and sound judgment in all situations. Uphold TriCorps’ standards of ethics, service, and accountability. Schedule & Work Environment
