Schedule and conduct calls with internal and external stakeholders to provide ongoing consultation and create customized work plans
Develop relationships with new and existing partnerships to enhance the use of health services
Prepare and deliver presentations to decision-makers and relevant stakeholders
Analyze program results and track the volume of active services
Collaborate with internal and external teams to design and implement health services initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field
Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
Strong interpersonal communication and organizing skills
Professional presentation abilities
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in health promotion, well-being, and quality improvement fields
Familiarity with community-based organizations and resources
Knowledge of health services product design and development
