What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide proactive support for the 340B program, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and auditing requirements
Develop new site assessments in collaboration with finance and IT teams
Optimize purchasing opportunities alongside the Pharmacy Procurement team
Act as a subject matter expert on audits, assisting in remediation of findings and feedback to auditors
Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including wholesalers and third‑party vendors
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
Minimum of 6 years of related work experience
340B ACE Certificate required within 1 year of employment
Strong computer literacy and financial analysis skills
Knowledge of the healthcare regulatory environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a non‑clinical healthcare environment
Familiarity with split‑billing software and pharmacy systems
Demonstrated ability to engage with senior leadership
Proven track record in developing strategies for external partners
