What the job looks like

Track the implementation of EHS action plans (including general and specific risks evaluations) by elaborating and storing the related documentation

Track all data related to all the accidents, near miss, unsafe situation, in the site

Track the Behavioral Safety Observation activities by liaising with all site functions

Manage induction training for all new hires and keep the EHS training tracking system updated

Update and maintain all data included in the EHS systems performing risk assessment (e..g. Chemrade/Quentic)

Adopt all relevant updates to documentation/norms/guidelines according to safety, health, environment and energy saving latest framework

Support the EHS Expert in deploying and tracking all technical trainings using the dedicated systems (e.g. MasterControl)

Collaborate in the full operation of the Safety and Environmental Management System certified according to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 and the standard defined by Grunenthal Corporate.

Participate actively in the management of the EHS and Energy aspects at the corporate level by carrying out audits in the factory.

Perform sampling and analysis of the wastewaters

Collaborate on the waste management and sustainability documentation

What you'll bring to the table

a university degree in the Scientific domain (e.g., Health&Safety, Environment, Chemistry or similar)

you bring in MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Autocad)

strong communication skills, high analytical skills; a proactive and entrepreneurial attitude characterize yourself

Knowledge of safety, environment and energy saving rules and regulations
