Role Summary As Clerk of Works you will be the English Heritage project representative at site, ensuring day‑to‑day project works run smoothly to the required quality and in line with the project specification. You will work alongside partner organisations and external contractors, with a focus on Health & Safety, site activity coordination, inspection and reporting on construction activity and ensuring quality for the duration of the construction period.

Qualifications
Experience of coordinating heritage sector project work, or proven construction site experience in the historic environment.
Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in a building, construction or building conservation discipline.
Understanding of current conservation principles and techniques, H&S regulations, building regulations and CDM regulations.
Computer literacy and the ability write and present reports.
