Bilingual Spanish Position Im a third-generation State Farm agent with 13 years of experience, including 9 years managing my dads office before opening my own agency 4 years ago. I hold a bachelors degree in psychology and am a proud dog mom of two pups who come to the office with me every day.
Our culture is friendly and laid back we love to have fun, but we also know how to get the work done and meet our goals. I currently have three team members plus myself, and we work together closely as a tight-knit group.

Responsibilities
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. \ Develop leads, schedule, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Requirements

Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
People-oriented
Detail oriented
Proactive in problem solving
Able to learn computer functions
Ability to work in a team environment
Bilingual Spanish (required)
