While the fast-paced atmosphere demands efficiency and high-quality service, it also offers a rewarding experience for those passionate about health and wellness.# **What You’ll Be Doing*** Greet all guests by making them feel welcome and comfortable* Anticipate guest’s wants, needs, and desires* Productive and proactive in providing personalized guest experiences* Prioritize and use time management skills* Take initiative to resolve concerns and understand guest needs* Provide guest experiences that build positive relationships* Provide thorough and knowledgeable explanations of the Kalamazoo Athletic Club in order to maximize each sale and optimize customers satisfaction* Continuously promote yourself and the Kalamazoo Athletic Club to ensure growth professionally* Give tours to potential members and fitness orientations to new members and guest* Communicate amenities and promote the Kalamazoo Athletic Club* Continuation of knowledge within the health and fitness industry# **What You Need for this Position*** Excellent customer service skills and strong multitasking skills* Ability to use software programs and navigate the computer system* Able to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours or more* Able to stoop and bend* Able to lift up to 40 pounds from time to time* Able to safely work with potentially dangerous chemicals and equipment* Able to comply with safety and health code standards* Able to handle responsibilities that require repetitive motion tasks # # **What's in it for You*** Medical/Dental/Vision
