Memory Care Nurse - Weekend Clinical Nights

We’re looking for an RN or LPN who is dedicated to providing exceptional care, building trusting relationships, and supporting a team-centered approach. In this role, you’ll help ensure residents feel safe, supported, and valued—while working alongside a group of caring professionals who treat each other like family. Schedule:
Saturday and Sunday 6P - 6A Essential Functions Provide medication administration and treatments—including tube feedings, IV medications, colostomy/ileostomy care, G-tube care, PICC line/IV care, oxygen care, and glucometer readings. Review and verify physician orders with MARs for accuracy (new admissions, new orders, etc.). Complete MDS summaries by their required due dates. Promote resident safety by monitoring for wandering, responding promptly to alarms, and being attentive to mobility needs. Answer call lights and offer support to all residents on the unit. Partner with Resident Care Specialists/CNAs to ensure residents receive high-quality, attentive care. Complete all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner. Participate in effective shift-to-shift communication by giving and receiving detailed reports. Follow all safety, lifting, and transfer guidelines to support resident and staff wellbeing. Position Requirements Current RN or LPN license in the State of Indiana. Memory Care experience preferred. Physical Requirements Frequent fingering, walking, sitting, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions. Occasional reaching, kneeling, standing, pulling, lifting, grasping, and feeling. Ability to lift up to 80 lbs occasionally and 60 lbs frequently (resident transfers completed with staff assistance and gait belt). Ability to see clearly at close range for documentation and care tasks. Exposure to bloodborne pathogens and infectious materials; universal precautions must be followed.
