Overview
Senior Analyst in Sales Strategy & Operations to drive growth within DoorDash Advertising business across International segments. Work with sales leaders to improve sales productivity and revenue growth on the DoorDash suite of marketing products.
Responsibilities
Build – Develop and drive adoption of new sales products at DoorDash
Strategize – Work with product to build roadmaps and tie to business goals
Implement – Execute new productivity levers to help our partners grow and scale
Analyze – Build models to evaluate success and find opportunities for improvement
Influence – Work with Merchant Product, Engineering, Operations and Sales teams to scale business impact
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of work experience in business operations, management consulting, or sales/biz strategy; high‑growth or early‑stage startup experience a plus
Data‑driven, able to analyze data with strong attention to detail and accuracy, and passionate about telling the story behind the numbers
Strong business thinker, able to use ‘first principles’ to solve challenging business problems at the root level
Track record of executing new processes, achieving tangible outcomes and moving needles
Experience leading projects, working in a team, and motivating people at all levels across a variety of responsibilities
Translate high‑level goals into actionable plans & action items
Experience with Salesforce and other CRMs
Experience working with sales leaders and product teams (knowledge of advertising products is a bonus!)
Excellent Excel skills; SQL knowledge strongly preferred

Compensation Base salary $88,400—$130,000 USD, localized to work location. Equity grants available.
Paid Time Off Details
For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation + 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked; paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.
Location International segments – work across DoorDash’s International markets.
