About The Role We’re looking for a Senior Analyst in Sales Strategy & Operations to drive growth within the Advertising business within our International segments. This person will work directly with sales leaders to drive sales productivity and revenue growth across DoorDash suite of marketing products. An ideal candidate should have experience in launching new processes, demonstrate a track record of strong operational success, and be able to execute at the lowest level of detail. You will work cross-functionally between our sales, marketing, operations, product, and analytics team to strengthen the partnership between DoorDash and our SMB partners.

You have a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of work experience in business operations, management consulting, or sales/biz strategy; high-growth or early-stage startup experience a plus
You are data-driven, able to analyze data with strong attention to detail and accuracy, and passionate about telling the story behind the numbers
You are a strong business thinker, able to use 'first principles' to solve challenging business problems at their root level
You have an established track record of executing new processes, achieving tangible outcomes and moving needles
You have experience leading projects, working in a team, and motivating people at all levels across a variety of job responsibilities
You can translate high-level goals into applicable plans & action items
You have experience working with Salesforce and other CRMs
You have experience working with sales leaders and product teams (knowledge of advertising products is a bonus!)
You have excellent Excel skills (can perform complex functions and manipulate large datasets); SQL knowledge is strongly preferred

Compensation The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

Paid Time Off Details
For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
