Client Success Manager (Executive-Level | Hybrid Role)
The #1 Trusted Swim School in Charleston is seeking an experienced, executive-level Client Success Manager to join our leadership team.
This role requires a highly organized professional with proven administrative experience who will work very closely with the Director of Operations and CEO/Founder to oversee client experience, internal coordination, and day-to-day operational support. This is a hybrid position, combining remote administrative leadership with in-water swim instruction when needed.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage client registrations and onboarding
Serve as a primary point of contact for families; answer phones and resolve issues professionally
Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Director of Operations and CEO/Founder
Coordinate closely with Swim Instructors to ensure smooth daily operations
Maintain accurate records, schedules, and internal documentation
Step into swim instruction and in-water support when needed (training provided if required)
Uphold and represent the mission, values, and standards of LowCountry Swim School
Qualifications
Prior administrative and executive support experience
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Exceptional organization and time management abilities
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Confident, professional presence with families, staff, and leadership
Swimming experience preferred; willingness to teach and be in the water required
