Client Success Manager (Executive-Level | Hybrid Role) The

is seeking an
experienced, executive-level Client Success Manager
to join our leadership team.
This role requires a
highly organized professional with proven administrative experience
who will work
very closely with the Director of Operations and CEO/Founder
to oversee client experience, internal coordination, and day-to-day operational support. This is a
hybrid position , combining
remote administrative leadership
with
in-water swim instruction when needed .
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage client registrations and onboarding
Serve as a primary point of contact for families; answer phones and resolve issues professionally
Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Director of Operations and CEO/Founder
Coordinate closely with Swim Instructors to ensure smooth daily operations
Maintain accurate records, schedules, and internal documentation
Step into swim instruction and in-water support when needed (training provided if required)
Uphold and represent the mission, values, and standards of LowCountry Swim School
Qualifications
Required: Prior administrative and executive support experience
Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills
Exceptional organization and time management abilities
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Confident, professional presence with families, staff, and leadership
Swimming experience preferred; willingness to teach and be in the water required
