Sales Manager
to lead our team to the next level.
The Role As our
Sales Manager , you’ll be the driving force behind our sales department. You’ll lead, coach, and develop our sales team, ensure revenue goals are met, and create a culture of performance and accountability while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront.
What You’ll Do
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to consistently meet and exceed goals.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in HVAC and plumbing services.
Track KPIs, analyze performance, and provide coaching to maximize results.
Partner with marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion.
Onboard, and train new sales team members.
Create and maintain a positive, competitive, and team-oriented culture.
Foster strong customer relationships through honesty, follow-up, and service excellence.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of proven success in sales management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and hold teams accountable.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Data-driven mindset—comfortable with KPIs, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
A customer-first mentality, integrity and trust are non-negotiable.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company.
