Regional Manager of Operations for Skilled Nursing
Staten Island, United States | Posted on 01/02/2026 The Regional Manager ofOperations is responsible for managing relationships within active facilitiesand clients in the Brooklyn & Staten Island areas, as well as tracking the productivity and effectiveness of assignedproviders. This role involves some remote work but primarily focuses onfieldwork, visiting facilities and providers to manage relationships, driveterritory growth, track metrics, and partner with our recruitment team toexpand the region.
TerritoryGrowth
Drive clinically appropriate volumegrowth within the assigned region by increasing facility penetration,onboarding new SNF facilities, and expanding specialty service lines.
Present available programs and servicesto facility partners to ensure patients receive appropriate care.
Develop new business opportunities byestablishing facility contracts and enhancing the scope and depth ofservices in existing accounts.
Build relationships with mental healthfacilities, SNFs, and AL facilities to generate new business.
QualityService
Deliver exceptional customer service toactive facilities, promptly addressing concerns and conducting thoroughevaluations.
Conduct in-person visits to assignedfacilities at least once per quarter, maintaining a record of visits andcommunications.
Provide support to facilities byfacilitating interface processes and promoting referral generation.
Collaborate with internal teams tocommunicate and address territory needs effectively.
ProviderManagement
Monitor and manage provider productivityby tracking daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual RVU performance.
Collaborate with Clinical Operations toensure aligned regional focus and goals.
Conduct monthly meetings (in person orvirtual) with each assigned provider to review performance and providesupport.
Interview and assess potential candidatesfor facility-based roles.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
Skilled nursing experience is required (social services, admissions, marketing, business development, etc)
Multi-site healthcare operations experience required
