Position Description In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and client portfolio guidelines through comprehensive pre‑ and post‑trade compliance checks, trade reviews, and ongoing portfolio monitoring. Key responsibilities include implementing robust controls, supporting global and regional compliance initiatives, and contributing to strategic projects that shape our compliance framework. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners, including Legal & Compliance, Technology, Account Management and the Trade Floor, to drive excellence and maintain the highest standards of compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze transactions and portfolio holdings with respect to regulatory, client and internal guidelines and calculating various risk parameters to conduct full compliance verification for all funds and separate accounts.

Research potential compliance issues and work with Account and Portfolio Management to resolve outstanding violations.

Coordinate with compliance teams regionally and globally to address compliance issues.

Prepare relevant client reporting to Account Management teams.

Address investment guidelines inquiries from the Trade Floor and other internal/external parties.

Participate in regional and global compliance initiatives, including process improvements and technology enhancements.

Work with Automation teams to improve compliance rule efficiency.

Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for regional and global projects.

Position Requirements

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting, Business, Finance or Economics preferred)

5 years of professional experience in investment guidelines compliance or the investment management industry.

Experience in market regulations and monitoring requirements of financial products.

Knowledge of fixed‑income markets and securities, including derivatives such as futures, options, interest‑rate swaps and credit default swaps, and equities preferred.

Experience in compliance monitoring systems and Bloomberg.

Able to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines, organize and prioritize tasks.

Proactive approach to risk mitigation and the ability to apply good judgment to determine when to raise issues.
