Lead cross‑functional Integrated Product Team (IPT) to drive performance and achieve program industrialization objectives to meet customer requirements. Drive rapid closure of issues impacting delivery, including quality, sub‑tier, and operational excellence issues. Ensure all demand is properly loaded throughout the value stream. Track and reconcile delivery discrepancies with the customer to achieve on‑time delivery metrics. Coordinate customer‑requested schedule changes with the product lines. Maintain an achievable master production schedule based on demand, lead time, capacity constraints, inventory strategies, and materials availability. Complete program data analytics, risk mitigation, forecasting, demand and rate planning. Maintain executive communications of risk and action plans for resolution of issues impacting customer requirements. Qualifications / Experience Needed
University degree and minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and minimum 5 years of experience. Operations, engineering, or supply chain experience within aerospace or a similar manufacturing environment. Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% as required. Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing cross‑functional teams, programs, and projects. Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining strategies to achieve cost, technical, and delivery performance targets. Experience in development programs and new product introduction. Experience with SI&OP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning), supply management, operations, and/or quality processes.
