About the Role We are seeking a

Business Development Manager

who can drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing and executing strategic sales plans. The ideal applicant is able to work independently, is results-oriented, and loves a challenge.

This role is mainly commission-based but does have a base salary. We provide all the tools necessary for someone who is hungry and wants to learn and grow to be successful. Our commission structure allows you to earn a great income! The sky is the limit!

Responsibilities

Consistent lead generation & client acquisition

Market research & analysis

Identify new business opportunities

Strategic planning, development, & execution

Build and maintain relationships with sellers and local business leaders

Collaborate and coordinate with a team

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Passionate about sales, business, and/or real estate

Naturally curious and takes initiative

Eager to continuously learn and grow

Proficient in computer skills, including most Microsoft Office programs and CRM software

Able to work independently and in groups

High school diploma or GED required. College degree a plus.

Annually Salary + Commission + Big Bonuses

Compensation $100,000 - $250,000 yearly
