Senior Campaign Developer
Contract | 6 Months (Extension Possible) | $40–$50/hr | Onsite 4 Days/Week

Role Summary
The Senior Campaign Developer plays a lead role in migrating and modernizing enterprise marketing campaigns from Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) to Zeta. This position owns campaign, journey, and personalization parity during migration and evolves into a core automation and orchestration role post‑migration. You will rebuild and enhance campaigns, ensure governance and eligibility rules are preserved, and help scale automated, omni‑channel customer journeys. This role is highly hands‑on and impactful, serving as a primary implementation partner across Marketing, IT, and vendor teams. Key Responsibilities
Rebuild email, SMS, and push campaigns from Adobe Campaign Classic into Zeta Translate complex ACC workflows into scalable Zeta campaigns and journeys (not blind 1:1 migrations) Support phased migration efforts, including parallel runs, QA validation, and cutover execution Ensure eligibility, suppression, consent, and governance rules remain intact across platforms Own Movable Ink implementation across migrated campaigns, including template rebuilds and parameter validation QA dynamic content logic, fallbacks, and rendering across devices and clients Design and implement new automated triggers and lifecycle journeys to replace manual or ad‑hoc sends Standardize templates, snippets, and journey patterns to improve speed, quality, and operational efficiency Key Requirements
7+ years of enterprise ESP or campaign development experience Proven experience supporting ESP migrations or platform modernizations Deep hands‑on Adobe Campaign Classic expertise, including workflow design, schema‑driven logic, and SQL usage Hands‑on experience with the Zeta Email Marketing Platform, including journey orchestration and triggered/batch messaging Required hands‑on experience implementing Movable Ink with enterprise ESPs, including migration of MI‑enabled programs Strong understanding of dynamic content rules, fallback logic, and error‑handling strategies Solid HTML/CSS skills for email and multi‑channel templates Strong communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with marketing, IT, analytics, and vendor teams This role focuses on
campaign execution, automation, and personalization enablement . It does
not
involve building websites or web applications, owning source data systems, acting as the primary analytics owner, or replacing IT or vendor professional services teams. Call to Action
