for a prominent client of ours. This position is based in
New York, NY .
Job Description
Pay:
$30–$34/hour (to start)
Assignment Length:
12-month contract with potential for extension based on performance and budget
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
Work Model:
Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Responsibilities
Manage budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor onboarding while maintaining clear and professional communication with internal teams and external partners
Create, track, and manage product orders, shipments, and inventory for mailers and events, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
Organize team documentation, maintain internal reporting systems, and support campaign briefs, influencer research, and presentation reporting
Qualifications
High School Diploma required; recent college graduates preferred
Prior administrative, operations, or coordination experience preferred
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
Comfortable working within administrative and operational systems (purchase orders, invoices, order forms, internal dashboards)
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and with external vendors
Self-starter who can operate independently while contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative team
Interest in beauty, luxury brands, and learning behind-the-scenes business operations
