Job Summary The IT Support Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of technology systems across the organization. In this fast-paced environment, the IT Support Specialist will provide comprehensive support to both local and remote employees, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and contribute to overall operational efficiency. This position requires a candidate with a strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. The successful candidate will have a passion for technology, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of service and communication.
Duties/Responsibilities
Oversee in-store visual merchandising across assigned regions.
Support national-level execution of merchandising strategies including store openings, product rollouts, and seasonal refreshes.
Conduct store visits to validate brand consistency and visual execution.
Provide training, mentorship, and support to Field Visual Merchandising Specialists.
Utilize Asana to manage all visual merchandising projects and tasks.
Ensure timelines, deliverables, and milestones are met for regional and national initiatives.
Maintain accurate project documentation and updates in Asana.
Lead by example and uphold consistency across all regional project boards.
Serve as the main liaison between creative, sales, and retail teams for merchandising execution.
Facilitate communication to align on project briefs, goals, and timelines.
Organize and lead meetings with Marketing Managers, Creative Managers, and Sales Reps to coordinate custom visual needs.
Maintain ongoing alignment with national and regional managers to drive consistency in field execution.
Collaborate directly with the Creative Manager to interpret visual direction and translate it into actionable plans.
Represent sales team feedback and convert requests into clear deliverables for the creative team.
Identify and contract external vendors for installation and custom displays that cannot be completed in-house.
Manage vendor performance and ensure deliverables are met on time and on budget.
Oversee installation logistics and quality across assigned projects.
Partner with Field Marketing Managers and SFMCs to manage distribution of boutique drop assets.
Ensure all visual assets are produced and deployed according to specs and timelines.
Conduct quality checks on installations, signage, and displays to ensure alignment with standards.
Document and address any discrepancies or issues in the field.
Evaluate project outcomes and make recommendations for improvements.
Forecast new visual merchandising opportunities and propose enhancements for long-standing accounts.
Required Skills/Abilities
Strong execution skills in visual merchandising and field installations.
Excellent project management, organization, and reporting capabilities.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead without authority.
Proficient in Asana, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite.
Willingness to travel up to 50% regionally and nationally.
Education and Experience
2-4 years of experience in visual merchandising, marketing, or field execution.
Proven experience in managing regional and national projects.
Experience in cannabis or highly regulated industries is preferred.
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
Capable of repetitive hand and arm motions as well as extended periods of typing.
Capable of looking at a screen for extended periods or entire shifts.
Some travel may be required to attend cross-functional team meetings or support product launch events.
Work Schedule (Exempt) This is a full-time, exempt position. The role requires the flexibility to work the hours necessary to meet business needs, which may include extended hours, weekends, and holidays. Work schedules and expectations may be adjusted based on operational priorities and organizational demands.
Positions in our production facilities may lead to regular exposure to cannabis plant material, dust, and other potential allergens. Individuals with sensitivity to pollen, molds, or strong odors may experience discomfort. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and required.
