Are you kind, organized, reliable, and creative? DMOS is seeking a Marketing Program Manager responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing comprehensive materials that align with our branding and goals. This role involves managing the planning and execution of promotional events, coordinating materials to enhance brand visibility, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. Administratively, you will conduct market research to identify opportunities for campaign improvements, oversee and create materials, and maintain partnerships with vendors and stakeholders. Additionally, you will monitor performance metrics to ensure that our efforts enhance and support brand engagement.

In this full‑time, in‑person position you will work with physicians and senior leadership from the DMOS West Des Moines location. To thrive, you must be highly organized, react quickly to requests, and maintain a calm and professional demeanor.

Here Is What You Can Expect

Acting as a brand ambassador, managing materials and assets of the practice.

Working alongside senior leadership to establish direction and priorities.

Utilizing Office 365 products to organize event schedules, external communications and general communications.

Opportunity to build a marketing skill set and gain experience serving engaged provider professionals.

Being part of a private practice that expects outstanding experiences for patients throughout their orthopaedic journey.

Will spend extended periods at a desk.
