About the position We are seeking an experienced Bankruptcy Paralegal who can prepare petitions w/ clients, file bankruptcy petitions for chapter 7 or chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. The role has heavy client contact and requires an applicant to have strong organization and communication skills.

1+ year Bankruptcy
Must know how to E‑File legal documents
Strong organizational skills
