Good Shepherd Health Care System (GSHCS) is seeking a passionate and driven
ENT (Otolaryngology) Physician
to join our growing, independent health system. This is a unique opportunity to further develop a high-quality ENT program in a supportive, community-focused environment.
Key Highlights of the Opportunity Base Salary:
$500,000 – $600,000 (negotiable based on experience) Incentives:
Generous production-based and quality bonuses
Generous bonuses and production-based incentives

Position Overview This full-time role offers an outstanding opportunity to:
Further develop a comprehensive ENT service line
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care
Serve a broad patient base in a region with growing demand for ENT services
Practice in modern, well-equipped clinic and surgical environments
Qualifications Required:
Doctor of Medicine (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
Active, unrestricted Oregon medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
Active, unrestricted DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
