A company is looking for a CHA Development Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Provide operational and project support, including data collection and analysis
Produce donor materials such as reports, presentations, and marketing content
Support fundraising and engagement activities with key donors, ensuring high-touch hospitality and customer service
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or related experience preferred
Minimum 2 years' experience in fundraising, event planning, or related fields
2-3 years' experience in nonprofit development or volunteer management
Experience with CRM and / or donor databases preferred
Experience or education in Marketing or Communications is a plus
