Responsibilities
Provide operational and project support to the Children's Hospital Association Team
Collect and analyze data for donor reports, presentations, and marketing materials
Support fundraising and engagement activities for key donors with high-touch hospitality
Work independently to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Utilize CRM and donor databases to enhance donor stewardship and development efforts
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or related experience preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in fundraising, event planning, direct mail marketing, donor stewardship, or volunteer management
2-3 years of experience in nonprofit development, volunteer management, or communication
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CRM and/or donor database management
Positive attitude and proactive problem-solving skills
Experience or education in Marketing or Communications
Ability to work both as a team player and independently
