Process requisitions and compose purchase orders efficiently in accordance with departmental contracts and standards. Maintain the quality of purchase order and vendor information for accurate accruals and operational efficiency. Review and evaluate purchase order confirmations, correcting discrepancies and communicating back order information. Ensure timely delivery of ordered products to meet operational requirements. Perform other duties as assigned or requested. What is Required (Qualifications)
3 years' combined education and experience in purchasing, materials processes, finance, or a healthcare-related profession. Prior experience using personal computers. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a high-volume, stressful environment and resolve problems effectively. Will support irregular hours, including weekends and holidays. How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
