Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. Supervise and lead warehouse staff to maintain productivity and safety standards. Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking and stock levels. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet customer and business needs. Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse operations and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Monitor equipment maintenance and address any operational issues promptly. Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives. A successful Warehouse Manager should have: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics. Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in a warehouse setting. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills to collaborate across departments. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and related software. This role is onsite Monday - Saturday. What's on Offer
