Lead multi-family projects from kickoff through turnover, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met Manage subcontractor buyout, cost control, and monthly forecasting Partner closely with field teams to drive jobsite coordination, safety, and installation sequencing Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and client communication Facilitate internal + external progress meetings and maintain updated project documentation Ensure high-quality turnover packages and deliver a frictionless closeout experience MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. 3-10+ years of commercial construction experience, ideally multi-family focused Proven track record managing projects in the $5M-$40M range Strong command of scheduling, cost control, and subcontractor management Ability to partner cross-functionally with superintendents and field teams Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or similar) What's On Offer
