Title: Project Coordinator
Shift: 7am-4pm, M-F
Pay: $55k-$65k
Location: Canton, OH

Our client sells, rents and services waste and recycling equipment across the United States. They provide equipment solutions throughout the waste and recycling industry which encompasses a large customer base and marketplace for us to operate in, leaving them with great opportunities for growth. Theyare seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Coordinator/Field Scheduler to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project management activities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with various departments and contribute to the successful execution of projects.
Project Coordinator Responsibilities • Project Planning & Support:
Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Maintain documentation for project activities, including agendas, meeting notes, and reports.
• Communication & Coordination:
Serve as a point of contact for project team(s) and customer(s)
Organize and facilitate project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Task Management:
Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
Update project tracking tools and dashboards to reflect current status and milestones.
• Resource Management:
Assist in resource allocation and scheduling, ensuring optimal use of team members’ time and skills.
Help coordinate training sessions and onboarding for project team members.
• Quality Assurance:
Support the team in adhering to quality standards and project methodologies.
Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Reporting:
Prepare regular status reports and presentations for specified team members
Analyze project data and provide insights to assist decision-making.
About you
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role is suggested but not required.
Familiarity with project management software (e.g. Prizium, Quickbooks, Teams ect.) is a plus.
Highly detail oriented and organized
Customer service oriented and able to communicate with customers
Proactive problem solver with attention to detail
Proven track record of managing multiple projects without delays
Adaptable to change in their environment
Able to do whatever is required across the company from data entry and administrative tasks to higher level decision making
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
