Finish Carpenter/Project Manager
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Finish Carpenter/Project Manager with comprehensive experience in all aspects of finish carpentry, including detailed trim work, framing, drywall, paint, cabinetry, doors, flooring, tile, and custom installations. The ideal candidate will also have working knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing systems to support integrated remodeling and renovation projects. This position will also serve as the Project Manager for our construction team ensuring responsibility for project budgets, managing daily operations, and identifying areas of improvement while ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, resource providers, and company employees involved in construction services.

Job Responsibilities:
Attend walk-throughs at job sites to review existing conditions
Follow up on proposals that have been submitted
Review proposals and/or blueprints and specifications
Coordinate manpower and materials for projects
Monitor job progress and quality control
Perform precise finish carpentry: baseboards, crown molding, cabinetry, doors, built-ins, trim, etc.
Install and repair drywall and framing
Handle basic tile installation (floor and wall)
Paint prep and finish painting
Install various flooring types (wood, vinyl, tile, laminate)
Perform minor electrical and plumbing tasks (e.g., outlets, switches, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures)
Keep a clean, organized, and safe job site
Collaborate with other trades on-site to ensure seamless execution of multi-scope tasks
Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members
Work closely with subcontractors
Know when to say, "I need help."

Position Requirements:
Previous construction management experience
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability
Effective written and oral communication
3+ years of finish carpentry experience
Familiarity with residential construction and remodeling practices
Working knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing systems
Proficiency in using carpentry tools and equipment safely and effectively
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Be available evenings and weekends to work overtime with notice
Ability to complete a background check subject to applicable law
