Job Description
RPM Pizza, one of America’s largest Domino’s franchises, is family‑owned and operates 175+ stores across Indiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Alabama, and Louisiana. We are looking for a General Manager to lead our store and embody our highest standards.
Responsibilities
Recognize, appreciate, and value the unique talents and contributions of all individuals.
Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude that motivates the team and upholds RPM standards.
Coach and monitor safety and security policies; ensure all equipment is operational.
Utilize RPM training tools and on‑the‑job instruction to continually develop team members.
Adhere to and hold the team accountable to all RPM, Domino’s, and state health‑code standards.
Manage inventory, cash handling, customer service, sales projections, local store marketing, and scheduling.
Successfully manage sales, inventory, and labor to achieve desired profits.
Ensure all product, service, and image standards are upheld daily.
Consistently work 40+ hours per week.

Qualifications
Must be an AM4, or prior GM with DM approval and be in good standing with RPM.
Must have completed the GMITO class or equivalent and have a store ready AM4 as a replacement.
Demonstrated high‑volume mentality and experience supervising a store that exceeds all RPM service standards.
Must pass all background and drug tests.
Proficient in math and technology skills.
Represent RPM Brand by consistently delivering perfect products, including a 60‑second large pepperoni pizza.
Track record of training team members in product, service, and image.
Achieve Food Safety certification as required by the area.
Ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.
