Customer Service Representative – HOM Furniture

Description Pay
$16.00–19.00 an hour
Responsibilities
Answer calls and direct callers to the proper department or answer any questions they may have.
Finalize orders, take payments, and schedule deliveries and pickups.
Process returns and initial paperwork for warranty claims.
Make changes and cancellations to orders when appropriate and update customers on changes to their order status.
Process finance applications.
Support showroom Sales Consultants by assisting with questions and processing orders as needed.
Process sales for accessories and other small purchases.
Occasionally work the floor following HOM Furniture’s proven sales methods.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Education:
Working toward or having a high school diploma or GED.
Experience:
Six months of customer service experience preferred.
Physical Demands:
Low physical demands. Regularly required to sit for sustained periods of time and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
Other:
Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
