Lloyd Morgan China
We are recruiting a Product Manager in Los Angeles on behalf of a globally leading IoT company. This role is central to our strategy of transforming deep hardware expertise into groundbreaking IoT solutions for major enterprise clients.
Why This Role Is Unique: You will be architecting integrated hardware‑led solutions for one of the world's most complex operational environments:
warehousing and logistics . We already have a substantial, multi‑million dollar partnership with a global leader (e.g., Amazon) as our foundation.
Your mission will be to dive deep into their operational challenges—from indoor/outdoor storage to goods tracking—and translate them into viable, smart hardware products and systems. You will be the crucial link between the client's needs and our 1,000+ person R&D engine in China.
What We're Looking For:
A Hardware‑Savvy Product Mind: You have a proven track record of managing physical/IoT products (sensors, gateways, industrial devices) or complex B2B solutions where hardware is core.
Deep Domain Knowledge in Warehousing: You understand the intricacies of fulfilment centres, sortation, and logistics operations. Direct experience working with or for major retailers/e‑commerce giants on these challenges is highly valued.
A True Customer Partner: You excel at uncovering latent needs, not just gathering requirements. You can talk to operations managers and engineers, and think strategically about their business.
A Builder & Collaborator: You are energised by shaping a roadmap from a strong existing business base, working across cultures with sales and engineering teams.
Ideal Profile:
Located in or open to relocating to Los Angeles.
5+ years of product management experience with significant exposure to hardware/embedded systems.
Background in companies that supply to or innovate within warehouse automation, industrial IoT, logistics tech, or smart building infrastructure.
Entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate with a high degree of ownership.
What We Offer:
The chance to define a product category within a listed company.
Direct impact on the North American growth story with top‑tier clients.
Potentially career development opportunities.
If the challenge of bridging deep hardware prowess with real‑world logistics problems resonates with you, we would be very interested in starting a conversation.
