We support United States Government (USG) and Foreign Military Sale (FMS) contracts through proposal development, negotiation, and contract management Our team collaborates across functions to analyze statements of work and ensure effective communication with all partners We are dedicated to excellence, meeting customer needs while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism What We Value

Exercise appropriate signature authority in negotiating and contracting for the sale and support of aerospace products, services, technologies, financing, and licensing of intellectual property to align with company strategies Present innovative business solutions to preserve and expand our operations Represent the company in external negotiations with a diverse set of customers Prepare, negotiate, execute, interpret, and administer legally binding contractual agreements for The Boeing Company Coordinate and collaborate with other internal functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency Summarize complex contractual issues, develop creative solutions, and coordinate contractual risk mitigation strategies Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
Bachelor’s Degree or higher Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
1+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to build and maintain customer relationships Familiarity with drafting, negotiating, and executing contracts and subcontracts Interest in supporting proposal development and negotiating government contracts Basic understanding of proposal management and strategy development Conflict of Interest
