Position Summary Flare Construction is seeking a highly detail-oriented PCard (Purchase Card) Administrator to support our purchasing card (PCard) program. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate transaction processing, complete documentation, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Review, process, and reconcile purchasing card (PCard) transactions

Ensure receipts and supporting documentation are accurate, complete, and submitted on time

Code or categorize transactions to the appropriate job numbers, cost codes, departments, or tracking systems

Identify and resolve discrepancies such as missing receipts, incorrect coding, or duplicate charges

Maintain organized, audit-ready records in accordance with company policies

Follow internal controls, financial policies, and compliance procedures

Communicate professionally with employees, supervisors, and managers to obtain missing or unclear information

Track deadlines and manage daily, weekly, and monthly workload requirements

Handle confidential financial information with integrity and discretion

Support audits or internal reviews as needed

What You'll Bring

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Ability to manage repetitive, detail-heavy tasks while meeting deadlines

Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable following established processes and compliance requirements

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with accounting or expense systems is a plus

Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments

Preferred (Not Required)

Experience with PCard programs, expense reporting, accounts payable, or transaction processing

Experience in construction, utilities, or a project-based environment

Familiarity with internal controls, audits, or compliance documentation
