Process Quality Manager
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS)
Lead internal and external audits (ISO 9001 or industry-specific)
Investigate and resolve quality issues using root cause analysis (RCA)
Track and improve KPIs: defect rates, customer complaints, Scrap, etc
Process Engineering
Design, develop, and implement efficient and scalable manufacturing or operational processes.
Analyze existing workflows and identify areas for improvement in cycle time, cost, safety, and quality.
Create and maintain process documentation, including process flow diagrams (PFDs), standard work, and SOPs.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to specify and validate new equipment or technologies.
Support automation initiatives and digital transformation of processes.
Monitor process performance through KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.
Lead or participate in Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen initiatives.
Partner with Quality, Production, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to align process requirements with business needs.
Provide engineering support to resolve technical issues affecting productivity or quality.
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or related field
5+ years of experience in quality/process engineering roles
2+ years in a leadership or managerial capacity
Skills & Certifications
Strong knowledge of QMS (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100)
Proficient in tools such as FMEA, CAPA, 8D, SPC, Minitab
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
