Business Development Executive
Location: Princeton, NJ & Charlotte, NC (Onsite)
What You’ll Do
Follow up with qualified leads to secure meetings
Drive new logo acquisition through value-led conversations
Exposure to pre-sales and consultative selling frameworks
Career path into enterprise sales, alliances, or solutioning
Requirements
3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development
Demonstrated ability to align account strategies with revenue goals and execute outbound demand generation campaigns
Previous experience engaging C-level and IT decision-makers, with strong storytelling and value-selling skills
Strong communication and follow-up discipline; ability to manage a sales cadence across qualified leads
An understanding of AI trends in enterprise automation and interest in learning how AI can improve workflows, insights, and user experience
A collaborative, coachable and high-energy attitude with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and meet targets consistently
