full‑time Estimation and Project Manager
in Orlando, FL. This on‑site role in our Operations Department is responsible for accurate project pricing, efficient planning, and managing exhibit projects from concept to delivery. We offer a

The Growth You Help Provide as an Estimation and Project Manager This is a
full‑time , on‑site position in Orlando, FL. Standard business hours apply. Flexibility is required to meet project deadlines and attend select trade‑show installations as needed.
Each day, you will prepare detailed cost estimates for custom builds, rentals, graphics, labor, logistics, and show services. You will analyze project briefs, collaborate with teams to refine scopes, update pricing databases, and source quotes. You will manage project timelines, budgets, and production schedules, coordinate tasks across departments, oversee procurement, and ensure quality control. You will communicate updates, track risks, adjust plans, and provide on‑site support at select shows. After events, you will conduct post‑show reviews to drive improvements and maintain company standards.
Our Ideal Estimation and Project Manager
1+ years of experience in trade show, event marketing, exhibit fabrication, or related industry
Estimating or project management experience, ideally in custom fabrication or experiential production
Strong understanding of exhibit materials, construction, graphics, and show service requirements
Analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
Communication and collaboration skills across teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
Ability to read design drawings, renderings, and schematics
Solution‑oriented, organized, client‑focused, collaborative, dependable, and proactive
Preferred
CAD, SketchUp, or technical drawing literacy
Experience with project management software
Familiarity with exhibit industry service providers and show management platforms
