Duties and responsibilities
Provide daily direct supervision of support for the Defense Travel System and its user community.
Analyze and track requirements, program/project status, budget, and schedules.
Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
Perform management, technical, or business case analyses.
Collect, complete, organize and interpret data relating to CTA.
Research, analyze and report travel quality assurance metrics in daily, weekly and monthly CDRL Reports.
Apply Government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
Position Requirements
US Citizen.
Ability to pass background check and investigation for Public Trust.
Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
8 years of Leadership / Client Relations / Customer Care Experience.
Demonstrated high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
Experience with the Defense Travel System (DTS), Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) and Joint Federal Travel Regulations (JFTR) preferred.
Service Now Assistance Portal (SNAP) and help desk experience is a plus.
Ability to work until 5:00 PM.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as a team.
Must possess strong time management skills.
Must be able to work in a fast‑paced, changing, and challenging environment.
