Compensation:
Base salary $45,760.00–$63,760.00 per year + commission + bonuses
Time Off:
Paid holidays and accruable vacation
Stipends:
Mileage and phone stipends
Schedule:
Full time during business hours (no nights or weekends); majority time in-field sales; minimal remote admin work
Typical Day
Map your route, run ~15 on-site visits, and book work.
Log notes/metrics in our software and coordinate with your Owner/Sales team.
Light admin and prep from your home.
Weekly sales coaching and ongoing support.
