Responsibilities
Grow volume and distribution targets through the execution of the company’s sales initiatives.
Effectively communicate sales and marketing initiatives with distributor partners.
Regular ride‑along with wholesaler representatives.
Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual sales calls and business reviews with distributor partners and key retailers.
Execute wholesaler engagement initiatives to motivate and inspire all distributor personnel.
Establish and execute a local retailer call frequency in key on‑premise and off‑premise accounts.
Manage local budgets including volume, sales and marketing, and distributor.
Utilize sales tools to analyze, develop, and implement strategic sales plans.
Review weekly business reports and market surveys with the Director of Sales.
Monitor shipments and inventory while adhering to the company’s strict quality standards.
Excellent communication skills.
Perform administrative duties in a timely manner.
Attend special events, festivals, beer dinners & tastings as needed.
Maintain a professional image and demeanor at all times.
Perform other business‑related duties and cover other territories as assigned.
