Internet Sales Manager / Desk Manager
to lead a high-performing sales team in a premium, relationship-focused environment.
Responsibilities
Desk and structure deals while actively assisting with closes
Lead and manage
6–8 sales professionals
Own onboarding, training, and performance management
Manage all internet leads and CRM activity end-to-end
Enforce follow-up standards, response times, and CRM discipline
Deliver a white-glove, concierge-level customer experience
Ideal Candidate
3+ years
as a Desk Manager, Internet Sales Manager, or Sales Manager
Highline / luxury experience strongly preferred
Proven closer with strong desking and negotiation skills
Polished, professional, and customer-facing
Driven, accountable, and comfortable leading from the desk
Strong CRM knowledge and process discipline
